Warranty for our designer shingles
Our limited warranty for designer shingles ensures that our shingles are free of any manufacturing defects. If your shingles are damaged or leaking, we will replace them. The warranty for the shingles will be calculated based on the number of months that have elapsed during the specified warranty period. Our shingles will be protected from algae for 10 years. If black streaks appear from algae during this time, we will pay the reasonable cost of cleaning, repairs, or replacements. This includes the labor costs and materials. Our shingles are also insured against wind. If any damage occurs due to wind under the miles per hours specified, we will furnish the replacement shingles at no cost to you. You may make one transfer of this warranty during your premium protection period.
Warranty for our complete roofing system
This warranty covers our Ruf+ custom roofing system and the premium products we use to create this system. The designer shingles we use to create your roofing system are still insured against manufacturing damages, algae, and wind as specified in our designer shingle warranty. The warranty will be calculated based on the number of months that have passed since installation during your premium protection period. A lifetime warranty is available for Ruf+ systems installed for single family homes. The premium protection period non-prorated labor and materials coverage, tear-off and disposal fees coverage, coverage of the full roofing system, and transferability.
Light commercial properties and multifamily homes can also be protected with our warranty. Our protection for these properties includes protection from algae. We provide a limited lifetime warranty against any black streaks caused by algae. We also offer insurance for every component of our Ruf+ roofing system including underlayments, starter shingles, designer shingles, and hip and ridge shingles. The premium protection period covers The Premium Protection Period includes non-prorated labor and materials, tear off and disposal fees, coverage of the full Atlas product system, and transferability.
10 Year Workmanship Warranty
